We’ve been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Advertising, Media & Marketing™ by Great Place To Work® UK for 2026.
It’s the third year running we’ve made the list, based on feedback from the people who work here.
That matters to us. We’ve changed a lot as a business over the past few years, and we’re continuing to change. But we want this to be somewhere people can do good work, have a voice and feel supported while they’re doing it.
Listening, learning and improving
Being recognised for a third year running means a lot, particularly because our people play such a big part in it.
We’re evolving as a business and that naturally means the way we work is evolving too. We won’t get everything right all of the time, but we listen, learn and keep working at it. That’s what makes this recognition important.
Ruth Cartwright
UK Managing Director
The Great Place To Work survey gives our team the opportunity to tell us what’s working and, just as importantly, where we can do better. We use that feedback to help decide where we need to focus next.
One of the things I value most about our culture is that people are willing to try things, adapt and keep moving forward. What stays consistent is how people treat and support each other.
The award is great recognition, but the feedback behind it is what really matters. We listen to what our people tell us and use it to focus on the things that can make a genuine difference. A good workplace is never really finished.
Holly Kennedy
EVP, Global Head of People & Culture International
Good people make good work happen
A good working environment isn’t separate from the work we do. When people know the business, know each other and feel able to contribute, it makes for better conversations, better ideas and stronger relationships with the people we work with.
There’s a very practical benefit to having good people who stay with the business. They build knowledge, understand our partners and develop relationships that get stronger over time.
Our industry can move incredibly quickly. Having experienced people who know the market and know our clients means we can spend less time getting up to speed and more time working out how we can help.
Dave Carpenter
UK Media Director
Relationships that get stronger over time
The same applies to the relationships we build with agencies, media owners and other partners.
Good partnerships come down to people. You need to listen, understand what the other person is trying to achieve and be straightforward about what you can do.
Consistency matters too. Our partners know the people they’re working with and know they’ll get a response. That trust builds over time, and it gives us much more room to think creatively together.
Jane Putley
Commercial Partnerships Director
Three years and counting
Three years on the list is a nice moment to recognise. More importantly, it’s a reason to keep listening to our people and making this a better place to work.
