We’ve done it again! We are delighted to have been named one of Campaign UK’s Best Places to Work 2024 for the seventh consecutive year, ranking us as one of the best employers in adland.
The list celebrates companies that are highly regarded by their employees and can demonstrate how they benefit their staff.
The campaign measures commitment and achievements in developing workplace culture through:

- • Diversity, equity, and inclusion
- • Organisational benefits
- • Giving back, wellbeing initiatives, work-life balance
- • Employee feedback and engagement.
Of the accolade, Cameron Swan, Managing Director, said,

The scheme was open to brands’ marketing divisions plus agencies spanning creative, media, digital, design, production, and PR. A two-stage assessment was carried out, plus staff completed a confidential questionnaire on their workplace’s culture.
