As part of our celebrations for International Women’s Day and in light of the movement around women’s public safety after the tragedy of Sarah Everard, we wanted to do something impactful (literally), we brought in Defence Lab to give us an introduction into personal safety and self defence tips. It was a fun event which delivered a very serious message  and key takeaways that we will hopefully never have to use.
