Cameron Swan joined Active in 2009 as Business Services Manager, responsible for client fulfilment and trading relationships in the Australian office.

Based in Sydney, Cameron gained valuable experience across the business before being appointed Managing Director in 2015.

In 2021, Cam moved to the UK to become UK Managing Director, leading the business through its next stage of growth.

In 2025, Cam was appointed Chief Growth Officer, International at AMS, the group behind Active, where he now leads growth across international markets.
